We have designed our implementation methodology on the basis of practical experience and prescribed best practices by Microsoft and APM Group in the United Kingdom.
We deploy highly formalized project management framework to ensure the speedy and efficient implementation without any delay. Our choice of which implementation methodology to use depends on whether we implementing our in-house developed banking software Eazybank AX, or Microsoft Dynamics AX. The methodologies that we have benchmarked our implementations are;
PRINCE2 (an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments, version 2) is a project management methodology. It was developed by the UK government agency Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and is used extensively within the UK government as the de facto project management standard for its public projects. The methodology encompasses the management, control and organisation of a project.
